  • No signup for participants

Facilitators sign in once with Google; everyone else joins with just the link.

  • Realtime updates

Cards, votes, and reveals sync instantly across every device on the board.

  • Anonymous-friendly

Display names are optional, so your team can share honest feedback without attaching identity.

  • Votes, comments & action items

Prioritise with votes, discuss inline, and capture concrete next steps before the meeting ends.

  • Fibonacci, t-shirt & custom decks

Run planning poker with the estimation deck your team already uses, or define your own.

  • Free, supported by donations

No paywalls or plans. Retro Board is funded by optional Buy Me a Coffee donations.

Frequently asked questions

Is Retro Board free?
Yes. Retro Board is completely free to use, with no paid plans or feature limits. Development is supported by optional donations through Buy Me a Coffee.
Do participants need an account?
No. Only the facilitator signs in with Google to create and manage boards or rooms. Participants join through the shared secret link without signing up.
Is my board private?
Boards and poker rooms are reachable only through their secret link. Anyone with the link can join, so share it only with your team.
What is a sprint retrospective?
A sprint retrospective is a short recurring meeting where an agile team reflects on the last sprint — what went well, what went badly, and what to improve — then agrees on concrete action items.
Which estimation decks are supported?
Planning poker rooms support Fibonacci, t-shirt sizes, and fully custom decks that you define when creating the room.
Can I run it on mobile?
Yes. Both retrospective boards and planning poker work in any modern mobile or desktop browser, with layouts that keep card text readable on small screens.
